Deletion Policy

Onora recognizes the rights of its clients covered and protected by the Data Privacy Act of 2012. As such any and all data received or obtained by Onora from its clients shall remain confidential. As such all records such as the name of deceased, birthday, date of death, cause of death, family relations, etc. shall be kept in confidence, and unless compelled by the Courts, Onora shall not reveal or release any such date. Onora shall however delete such data within 60 days from date of receipt, except those necessary for personal Corporate records of Onora, which shall be limited to the name of deceased and date of death. A request to delete any data from the surviving spouse or legitimate children shall be done in writing which shall be immediately granted by Onora, unless the same may be subject of a possible litigation or legal issue.
